Myra Canyon Quiz

This quiz is open to students in grades 1 to 7 who are residents of the Okanagan.

The answers to the following questions can be obtained from information available on this website.

Please submit your entry (only one entry per person) by June 15, 2008. A random choice of correct responses to the quiz will be made to determine who will receive a prize.

Prizes include T-Shirts and baseball caps as well as copies of a newly published book, "Myra's Men", written by UBCO historian Dr. Maurie Williams which will be donated to the library at the schools attended by the student prizewinners.

Also, a name will be drawn for a student who will be invited to represent the youth of the Central Okanagan in helping to hammer in the "last spike" of the re-construction at the official reopening ceremony of Myra Canyon. Reopening to be held on June 22, 2008 at Myra Canyon.
